Our annual Ad Book Campaign is underway!

Dear GAMP Families,
It is once again time for the FRIENDS OF GAMP/PARENT AND ALUMNI fundraiser – our annual Ad Book Campaign. Our goal is to raise $30,000. These net proceeds (along with proceeds from Ticket Sales from our Musical) will be directed towards producing GAMP’s annual Theater Productions, AND towards books and other items for the GAMP student body. Your company or personal ad will be printed in our annual Ad Book, and distributed during the “MAMMA MIA” performances on Thursday 4/3, Friday 4/4, and Saturday 4/5, at 7:00 p.m. and on Sunday 4/6, at 2:00 p.m.

How to submit your Ad or Patron Names and make payment:
1.You can submit a digital copy of your Ad (or list of patrons) on this GOOGLE FORM: https://tinyurl.com/gamp2025

2. You can send in a hard copy of your Ad (or names of patrons) to school with your student in an envelope clearly labeled with “Ad Book”, Student/Submitter Name, Advisory Room Number, Payment Type & Amount.

3. Payment can be through

• Venmo (preferred method) @PAO-FRIENDS-OF-GAMP (Please write Patron/Personal/Business Ad along with full name of student seller in ‘What’s it for?’ section)
• Check (payable to GAMP Parent and Alumni Org)
• Cash

All cash or check payments must be in an envelope clearly labeled with “Patron/Personal/Business Ad”, Student/Submitter Name, Advisory Room Number, Payment Type & Amount.

Please make sure to write the name of the student who sold you the Ad on any communication!!!

Top 3 sellers get CASH PRIZES: 1st Place – $100, 2nd Place – $75, 3rd Place – $50

Sizes and Costs of Ads:
Full Page:$100.00 (5 1⁄2” x 8”)

Half Page: $75.00 (5 1⁄2” x 4”)

Quarter Page: $50.00 (business card size)

Inside Covers: $300.00 (same size as full page)

Outside Back Cover: $350.00 (same size as full page)

Patron (Your Name listed in program book): $5 each
